Day 1: Starting My Health Journey – Accountability & Clean Eating

Hey everyone!

Today marks the beginning of my journey toward better health. Sharing progress publicly isn’t easy, but accountability keeps me on track. Staying consistent is my main goal, and I hope to share positive results along the way!

My Starting Point

Balancing work, family, and health isn’t simple. However, making better choices, one meal at a time, is my priority.

What I Ate Today – Cheeseburger Bowl πŸ”πŸ₯—

This morning started with leftovers from last night’s dinnerβ€”simple yet satisfying. Instead of a traditional fast-food cheeseburger, I enjoyed a cheeseburger bowl packed with:

βœ… Romaine lettuce πŸ₯¬ – fresh and crunchy
βœ… Ground beef πŸ– – lean protein for energy
βœ… Bacon πŸ₯“ – because a little indulgence is okay
βœ… Fresh avocado πŸ₯‘ – loaded with healthy fats
βœ… Tomato & onion πŸ…πŸ§… – adding flavor and nutrients
βœ… Fat-free cheese & fat-free ranch πŸ§€ – creamy without the guilt

Packed with protein and healthy fats, this meal kept me energized for the long drive ahead.

My Approach to Health & Eating

Rather than following a strict diet like keto or paleo, I’m focusing on clean eating and consistency. Instead of tracking every macro, I prioritize better food choices daily. That said, if anyone has tips for truckers trying to stay healthy, I’d love to hear them!
