1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
1 can of pizza dough
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup of pepperoni slices (chopped)
½ cup of pizza sauce
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) .
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
Step 2: Prepare the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Cut the dough into small squares (about 2×2 inches).
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese , chopped pepperoni , pizza sauce , garlic powder , and Italian seasoning .
Step 3: Assemble the Rolls
Place a small amount of the filling mixture in the center of each dough square.
Fold the corners of the dough to form a ball , ensuring the edges are sealed properly.
Brush each pizza roll with the beaten egg.
Step 4: Coat with Doritos
Roll each dough ball in the crushed Doritos until fully coated.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet , ensuring they are spaced apart.
Step 5: Bake
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Step 6: Serve
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, bacon, or ham .
Try different Doritos flavors like Cool Ranch or Spicy Nacho .
