  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Bake the Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then poke a few holes in each with a fork.
  3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until fork-tender.

Step 2: Prepare the Taco Meat

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned.
