Ingredients:
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream and beef broth to the skillet.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes if using.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Step 4: Combine Everything
- Add cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Pair with garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

- Substitute ground beef with Italian sausage or ground turkey for a different flavor.
- For a creamier texture, add an extra 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
